The City of Meridian opened the park in 2006, right inside the subdivision. It covers about six acres and has a playground, two half-court basketball courts, a picnic shelter, restrooms and public art, plus an open field teams can reserve. You’ll find it on Troxell Way, tucked in among the houses. Ustick Road is the main way in, with Eagle Road to the east and Locust Grove Road to the west.
What’s Hard on Windows in Champion Park
Between Ustick Road traffic and the open field at the park, fine dust finds its way onto screens and window ledges. Front-yard sprinklers add mineral spots to lower panes in summer. Here’s what a visit looks like. Outside, every screen comes off and goes back on when we’re done. Each pane gets scrubbed by hand with a mop, then squeegeed dry, and frames, edges and sills are detailed. Light hard water spots get worked on every time. Want more? We can detail the tracks so windows slide easily, or clean the screens on our XERO machine.
When to Book a Cleaning in Champion Park
Book once sprinkler season starts and again in early fall, which is what the Biannual plan covers. If you’d like the glass clear all year, go Quarterly, which includes the 7-day Rain Guarantee. Exterior-only visits work fine while you’re out.

Champion Park Window Cleaning FAQs
Quick answers for homes in Champion Park, Meridian.
Our house backs up to Champion Park. Will the windows get dirtier?
They can. Homes next to open grass and play areas often catch more dust, grass bits and sprinkler spray. A Quarterly plan keeps it from building up, and Quarterly members get hard water removal on up to five panes every visit. If the screens look gray, add a cleaning on our XERO machine.
What happens if it rains right after you clean?
If rain the same day leaves spots on your glass, we come back and fix it free. That’s true for every customer. Monthly and Quarterly members also get our 7-day Rain Guarantee, which is a nice backup during Meridian’s changeable spring weather.
How much does window cleaning cost in Champion Park?
Prices start as low as $175. Your exact price depends on how many windows you have, inside, outside or both, and extras like screens and tracks. Here’s what changes the price, or get a free quote.
