How does installation day work?
We arrive on schedule, look over your roofline and trees, then hang and test every strand. Most homes are done in a few hours, and we walk the display with you before we leave so you know exactly what you're getting. For the full walkthrough, read how an install works, start to finish.
What happens when the season ends?
We come back on a date you pick and take everything down: lights, clips, extension cords, all of it. We pack it into labeled bins and store it safely until next year, so your home goes right back to normal.
Can you fix a strand or section that goes dark mid-season?
Yes. If any part of your display stops working, give us a call and we'll come out to troubleshoot and repair it. We also use quality commercial-grade lights designed to hold up through the whole season.
How do you keep the lights from damaging my roof or gutters?
We use professional clips and hangers that grip your roofline without puncturing shingles or pulling on gutters. No nails, no screws, no sticky residue left behind.
Do you maintain the lights during the season?
We check your display after install to confirm everything runs. If a bulb burns out or weather knocks something loose, let us know and we'll come back to fix it, no fuss.
What if I need the lights up longer than usual?
No problem. We'll take them down whenever you're ready, whether that's right after New Year's or a few weeks later. Just tell us your preferred date and we'll schedule the removal.
