NAMPA HOLIDAY LIGHTS
Nampa’s season starts downtown on Shop Small Saturday in late November. The city lights its big tree in front of the historic Nampa Train Depot, and the tree stays up all season. In 2024 it was a 54-foot Colorado blue spruce. The same day, the Nampa Farmers Market has run a Winter Wonderland in Lloyd Square, with free carriage rides downtown, a kids’ choir and Mrs. Claus reading stories at the library. It’s a full day out. Then comes the drive home, past some houses that are dark and others that glow. If you’d like yours to be one that glows, we can make it happen without you ever climbing a ladder. That frees up your Saturday for the depot, the square and a cup of hot cocoa.
Nampa offers more variety than most towns in the valley. You’ll find established in-town subdivisions, brand-new neighborhoods, acreage, small farms and even vineyard properties, plus homes near Lake Lowell. A home on acreage can mean a long roofline and a lot of yard, so we measure every run and cut strands to fit the house exactly. An older home in an established neighborhood might have one simple roofline and a large tree out front worth wrapping. A newer build may have several peaks. Either way, the plan fits the house: Front only for a clean street view, Front and sides for a corner lot, or Front, sides and back for acreage that shows from every direction.
The downtown tree goes up in late November. If you want your own house glowing around then, reach out early in the fall, because install slots go fast once December is near. Takedown is on the date you pick, usually in January or February, and your lights go into labeled bins for next season.

Yes. Long rooflines and big yards are no problem. Before anything goes up, we take measurements along the whole roof, peaks included, and trim every strand to that length, so no extra cord or spare lights dangle. For a big property, choosing Front, sides and back on the quote form lets us light the house from every angle.

Yes. Besides the roofline, we hang wreaths and garland and wrap trees and bushes. A wrapped tree or a wreath by the door finishes the look. Add it to your quote request and we’ll include it. On install day, we check every piece and then walk around the house with you so you can see the result.
