How to Choose a Window Cleaner in Boise

1. Are you insured?
Anyone working on ladders at your home should be. We’re locally owned and fully insured.
2. Who will be at my house?

3. What’s included in the price?
Some quotes cover the glass and nothing else. Ask about frames, sills, screens and tracks. With us, every outside cleaning includes the frames, edges and sills, and every screen comes off and goes back on. Screen cleaning and track detailing are add-ons, so you only pay for what you want.
4. How do you clean the glass?

5. What if it rains, or I find a streak?
If rain the same day leaves spots, we come back for free, for every customer. Monthly and Quarterly members also get a 7-day Rain Guarantee. Find a streak? Tell us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right at no charge.
6. Do I need to be home?
Not for an outside cleaning. For inside windows, someone needs to let us in. You never need to move furniture or give us water. We text a reminder 2 weeks and 2 days before each visit, and every visit has a 2-hour arrival window.
7. What do your reviews say?
