Primeland Development started BridgeTower around 2001, and by 2011 more than 900 homes had been built. The style borrows from Italy, with tree-lined avenues, columned trellises and pods named Villa Rosa and Tivoli Gardens. Neighbors share three pools, including the Fontana di Fiori community center, and about 80 acres of parks. Out west, the newer BridgeTower West section adds a creekside pathway and sits next to the Four Corners area at Ten Mile and McMillan.
