What’s Hard on Windows in Legacy

Building on the last homesites means construction dust, and it drifts onto glass, sills and screens on nearby streets. Lake and golf views also look out over watered grass, so the lower panes collect white sprinkler spots. Here’s the routine: we hand-scrub every pane and squeegee it dry, then detail the frames, edges and sills. Screens come off and go back on. Light hard water spots are handled every visit, and heavier staining is priced on site. Monthly and Quarterly members get hard water removal on up to 5 panes each time. When to Book a Cleaning in Legacy

If you just moved into one of Legacy’s newer homes, wait until the builders near you finish the messiest work, then book a full inside and outside cleaning. After that, a Biannual plan covers spring and fall. Homes next to ongoing construction may want Quarterly visits until the dust settles for good.
