How Do Window Cleaning Membership Plans Work?

A window cleaning plan puts your home on a set schedule and takes money off every cleaning. Pick Monthly, Quarterly or Biannual, and we handle the booking from there. Monthly and Quarterly members also get free RainBlock, our 7-day Rain Guarantee and free hard water removal on up to 5 panes every visit.

How a window cleaning plan works

  1. Get a free quote. Your price is per visit, built around your home’s windows.
  2. Pick your schedule. Monthly, Quarterly (every 3 months) or Biannual (every 6 months).
  3. We book every visit. No calling to rebook each season.
  4. You get a heads-up. We text you 2 weeks before each visit and again 2 days before, and every visit has a 2-hour arrival window.
  5. You don’t need to be home. Plan visits are outside cleanings, so you can head to work.
  6. You pay per visit. Plan visits are billed to the card on file.

Monthly, Quarterly or Biannual: what each plan includes

Every plan takes money off every cleaning, and the more often you clean, the more comes off each visit.

  • Monthly: the biggest savings per cleaning, plus free RainBlock, the 7-day Rain Guarantee and free hard water removal on up to 5 panes every visit.
  • Quarterly (our most popular): one cleaning a season, with the same free extras as Monthly.
  • Biannual: a spring cleaning and a fall cleaning, with money off each one and our Streak-Free Guarantee.

What RainBlock, the Rain Guarantee and the hard water perk mean

  • RainBlock is our pure water rinse: water filtered down to zero minerals, so the glass dries spot-free with no soap or residue left behind for dirt to cling to. It’s a rinse, not a coating, and it only comes with Monthly and Quarterly plans.
  • The 7-day Rain Guarantee is for Monthly and Quarterly members. If rain spots your windows within a week of a cleaning, we come back and touch them up at no extra cost. If rain the same day leaves spots, every customer gets a free return. Here’s how rain works with window cleaning.
  • Hard water removal on up to 5 panes every visit is free for Monthly and Quarterly members. For every customer, light spots get worked on during every cleaning, and heavier staining is priced on site. Old mineral spots can etch glass, so no one can promise every spot will go.

What a plan visit includes

Each plan visit is a full exterior window cleaning. We take your screens off, clean the glass by hand, and clean and detail the frames and sills. Then the screens go back on. We never pressure wash windows, because high pressure is hard on the seals.

Add any of these to a plan visit:

“Shawn arrived on schedule, communicated clearly and did an absolutely fantastic job! Super impressed! We signed up for quarterly inside/ outside cleaning!”

Which plan fits your home or business?

  • Sprinklers reach your glass: Quarterly or Monthly. Irrigation water here carries a lot of minerals. Hard water is water with a lot of dissolved calcium and magnesium, as the U.S. Geological Survey explains. When it dries on glass, it leaves white spots that get harder to remove the longer they sit. Monthly and Quarterly members get hard water removal on up to 5 panes every visit.
  • Near fields, farm ground or construction: Quarterly. Dust builds up faster out by the fields in Kuna, the farm ground and vineyards around Caldwell, the growing neighborhoods in Middleton and Star, and the windy foothills in Eagle.
  • Most other homes: Biannual. Spring, once the pollen and cottonwood fluff settle, and fall, after the sprinklers shut off.
  • Storefronts, offices and restaurants: Monthly. Your customers look through your glass every day. See commercial window cleaning.

Monthly and Quarterly plans keep going through winter, when inversion days leave glass dull. We clean year-round and move a visit to a warmer day if it’s too cold. More on timing: how often to clean your windows in Boise.

Plan or one-time cleaning: which is better?

If you’d clean your windows at least twice a year anyway, a plan is the better deal: the same cleanings cost less, and you never have to remember to book. If sprinklers spot your glass every summer, the Monthly and Quarterly perks add even more. If you only want clean glass once in a while, a one-time cleaning fits better, and that’s fine with us.

How much does a plan cost?

Plan prices are per visit and built around your home’s windows: how many there are and how high they are. Your plan’s savings come off every cleaning. Add-ons like interior windows or screen cleaning are extra. Here’s what changes the price.

Keep your glass clear between visits

  • Aim your sprinklers. Turn or lower the heads so the spray stops short of the house.
  • Catch fresh spots early. Equal parts white vinegar and warm water work on fresh mineral spots. Keep it off natural stone sills. Here’s how to remove hard water spots safely.
  • Skip anything gritty. Steel wool, scouring pads and gritty powders scratch glass, and so can a razor blade on tempered glass. Scratches can’t be cleaned out.
